Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. In this policy we explain what personal data we process, for what purpose, how long we keep it and what rights you have in relation to its processing. Processing is carried out in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection.

1. Who is the controller

2. What data we process

We only process data you provide to us yourself and data necessary to operate the website:

• Contact form data: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional) and the content of your message.
• Technical data: IP address and basic web server logs that are generated automatically when you visit the site.

Our website does not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. You can read more in the Cookies section.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Handling your inquiry and communicating with you - the legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Ensuring the operation and security of the website - processing of technical data and logs based on our legitimate interest in protecting the site from misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep the data

We keep contact form data for the time necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up communication, but no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship arises that requires longer retention. We keep technical server logs only for a short time, usually a few weeks.

5. Who we share the data with

We do not sell your data and do not provide it to third parties for marketing purposes. We only share it with:

• our web hosting and email service provider, which processes it as our processor solely to ensure the operation of the site and the delivery of emails;
• public authorities, where required to do so by law.

We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

In relation to the processing of personal data you have the right:

• to access your personal data,
• to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data,
• to erasure of data (the "right to be forgotten"),
• to restriction of processing,
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• to data portability,
• to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was withdrawn),
• to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (listed below).

Providing data through the contact form is voluntary. However, without your name, email and the content of your message we are unable to process your inquiry and reply to you.

When processing your data we do not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling.
